Pickup & Delivery Information

At Mary's Diaper Cakes LLC, I strive to make receiving your handmade diaper cakes and personalized baby gifts as convenient as possible. Whether you're ordering a ready-made product or requesting a custom design, I offer flexible local pickup and delivery options for customers throughout Portage, Indiana, and surrounding communities.



Because every order is handcrafted with care, I encourage customers to plan ahead—especially for custom creations—to ensure enough time for design, assembly, and scheduling.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for all orders. Once your order is complete, I'll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time during my regular business hours.



Pickup is a great option if you're located nearby and would like to receive your order directly.

Local Delivery

I also offer local delivery within approximately a 50-mile radius of Portage, Indiana.



If you're unable to pick up your order, I'll work with you to schedule a convenient delivery time whenever possible.

Flexible Meeting Arrangements

To better serve customers throughout the area, I'm also willing to meet halfway when needed. If you're located near the edge of my service area, feel free to contact me before placing your order so we can discuss a convenient meeting location.

Shipping Policy

At this time, nationwide shipping is not available.



All orders must be arranged through local pickup, local delivery, or an agreed-upon meeting location.

Ordering Timeline

To help ensure your order is completed on time, please keep these important guidelines in mind:



  • Custom orders require a minimum of two weeks' notice.
  • A percentage down payment is required before custom work begins.
  • Pickup and delivery arrangements will be confirmed once your order is ready.
  • Larger or highly customized orders may require additional planning time depending on availability.


Ordering early helps ensure I can create your diaper cake or personalized baby gift with the care and attention it deserves.
